Contacted Integrity Restoration to meet with my insurance adjuster becaise I was out of town. Insurance agreed to cover full roof replacement and interior repairs but the dollar amount was way too low. Steve worked with the carrier and was able to get them to agree the initial settlement was too low, and they came to an agreement on price. Work was done quickly. Just walked my roof today after they finished and the work looks good. Yard is clean too. Definitely would recommend.

You'll be able to read lots of great reviews about water damage being repaired, but what everyone should know is the Steve does a fantastic job with roofing as well. We had a serious issue with roofing. Not only was he able to get it done in a timely fashion, but it was quality work. Not a "rush job," which is what gets done all too often by many companies these days. He worked with me every step of the way, made sure we're happy with the work, and then backed it with a warranty afterwards. I'll be working with him again the next time I need other work done. You get what you pay for, but Steve delivers exceptional quality at a reasonable price.

These guys are absolute criminals, during the winter freeze they agreed to demolish and restore a portion of our ceiling where water pipes burst. They cutout a big hole in our ceiling and just went AWOL after. Never responded to any text messages or phone calls. Fast forward some time they had the audacity to demand money for the demolition they did. Don’t go to these guys, absolute crooks

Called to inquire about services and a free consultation since I experienced water damage on my first floor roof (visible brown spots and cracked dry wall) from second floor bathroom tank leak. I tried to explain the situation since this happened 10 days ago and area was dried with a fan and now I was concerned about possible mold and repairing my walls but I was cut off and asked to provide all my contact information first. Customer service agent offered to send a person within an hour and I declined since I was not home and it was not an emergency and would prefer to schedule it in two days. I was told off by the customer service agent I talked with about how I wasn't acting like this was an emergency and how they are there to act in cases of emergency, I countered that he should have let me explain my situation first if that was the case. I don't think they make explicit in their website that they are only there for emergencies and it does say they offer restoration services. I am still very confused. I wish he had let me provide him with the description of my situation before I wasted 5 minutes providing contact/other information. Overall, it was an unneceserlay unpleasant call.

Accurate plumbing was awesome. My Mom needed a new hot water heater and Mike gave me a very reasonable quote for a new unit with the same capacity and Eric did an amazing job getting the old unit out and hooking up the new unit and then capping everything off. Changed the unit from gas to electric and did the whole job in less than 2 hours. Eric took the time to explain everything to Mom and made this a very good experience. We highly recommend them! I was referred to Seco by Emet’s Plumbing after a flood in my home. I had an amazing experience with Jhoana and the water mitigation team. I had extensive damage that required a hefty insurance claim and this being my first time to make a claim or have damage to my home I was completely overwhelmed and stressed. After water mitigation I got handed off to a new project manager for rebuild. The contractors were all excellent and did amazing work. They showed up on time, were professional and respectful. I can’t say enough about each of them…especially the cabinetry and flooring. I arranged with Tom, the owner, to have one of my stairs widened to make all the stairs the same width. (For some reason the builder made one step narrower which I found to be a tripping hazard) and he did this work as a courtesy. I will say it would be easier to have the same project manager from beginning to end. I did not enjoy having to work with a different project manager for each stage and found there to be many miscommunications. Overall I would recommend Seco Restore as they are aligned with some spectacular contractors who can be relied upon to do quality work.

Very nice people and incredibly responsive. We were very excited to get a new floor installed after water damage ruined our existing floor. I have not seen anyone work harder, and with such pleasant a demeanor. Everything looked nice in the end but the attention to detail was a concern.

I highly recommend SERVPRO. My insurance company recommended them after a back up. They returned my call right away, got an inspector out immediately, especially knowing my crappy situation. Able the team lead took on the project at the end of the day and was a life saver. He put my family at ease and walked me through everything that needed to be done. Not only did he go above and beyond he called me later that night to make sure the family and I were comfortable and to call with any questions. Once the Insurance was approved he and his team again explain in detail, took pictures and videos and did a great demo job. Everything was cleaned up and all the workers were respectful to our home and the whole situation. They even came back to after the demo to take moisture readings. Able called and gave me a time and when they say 11 AM they show up at 11 and not make you wait. Who does that these days. You cannot not get any kind of good service these days but Able and his team at Serve Pro have all gone above an beyond.
